Every story must come to an end, but what a perfect way to complete our fairy tale adventure. Katy May and Ian Fry’s fairy tale wedding – The icing on the cake you might say!

The dress, the decorations.

The shoes.

The bows, the boys.

My sister gave Martha Stewart a run for her money! All her hard and determined work creating so many DIY decorations for the big day, not only set the romantic vintage theme, also made the guest feel exclusive and special!

I had my work cut out for the week and a lot of people (ahem, the bride) to impress with all the flower work ahead of me.

White and pink peonies with french roses, set the romance in every bouquet. Filled out with garden favorites Astilbe, billy buttons, sweet pea and succulents. The stems were kept earthy by wrapping them with twine, pined up using white pearl pins.

The dresses and flowers complimented each other perfectly , although Katy did give off a glow that out shined all of us and the flowers.

One of the most important detail for Katy was the wallpapered photo booth. After the ceremony guest picked up a mimosa and instead of a receiving line they got to pose in our home built photo booth! Super cute and quite the conversation started at the beginning of the evening.

A sister combo like us with family and friends to back up an amazing vision for an even more amazing couple and Jamie Dimitry capturing the moments, the whole day was perfect!
